Donation for solar drying system for fruit and herbs

At mango harvest time, many tons of fresh fruit spoil for fruit growers in Africa, as everything arrives on the markets at the same time but cannot be sold quickly enough. Two months later, there are no mangoes left on the markets.

Thanks to efficient solar drying, many types of fruit can also be preserved for a later date and exported as popular dried fruit when needed, which can open up further markets – unless the dried fruit has already been eaten by the children, as they love the naturally preserved fruit.
